Community Innovations Inc. (CII) is building a residential subdivision and commercial center in a 35-hectare property in Angeles City, Pampanga - its first development in the northern part of Central Luzon as it seeks to further expand its presence in the country.

Marquee Place project integrates an upscale residential community, a world-class shopping mall as well as a recreation center.

This residential project will feature a main clubhouse with function rooms, a lap pool and multi-purpose area. It will also involve the development of a sports complex which will comprise an open playing field and covered courts for badminton and basketball.

 

 

Marquee Place is Ayala Land's second major development project north of Metro Manila after its resort community Anvaya Cove in Morong town in the northwestern province of Bataan.
